This policy applies to the Google Play edition of One Bullet (Android package games.onebullet.puzzle). This edition is free with advertising and has no in-app purchases. The RuStore edition has a separate policy.
1. Developer
SoftLampa is the publishing name of Individual Entrepreneur Andrey Viktorovich Nazarov (ИП Назаров Андрей Викторович). Contact: info@softlampa.ru. The developer handles information sent directly to support; the advertising provider processes data through its SDK as described below.
2. Progress and settings
Level progress, records, daily challenge counters, language, sound, control settings and your advertising choice are saved on your device. No game account is required. SoftLampa does not operate a server for storing game progress. This edition does not send level-by-level gameplay events to a separate AppMetrica analytics account and contains no payment SDK.
Local data is kept until it is removed by you or the operating system. Android Settings → Apps → One Bullet → Storage → Clear data deletes progress and preferences. Android system backups depend on your device settings.
3. Advertising and your choice
The game uses Yandex Mobile Ads for advertisements between levels and optional advertisements that unlock a trajectory hint. The SDK communicates with Yandex services using device and network information, advertising identifiers when permitted, and information needed to deliver and measure advertisements. Yandex may use AppMetrica components internally as part of its advertising SDK. This is separate from gameplay analytics.
Before the first ad request, the game asks whether you allow personal data to be used for advertising analytics and ad targeting. Neither option is preselected. You can allow or decline and still play. Your choice is stored locally and passed to the SDK each time the game starts. In regions covered by GDPR, a refusal restricts personal-data processing according to Yandex's SDK consent mechanism. Declining does not mean the app is offline or all technical processing stops; advertisements may still be shown.
You can change this choice at any time under Settings → Advertising privacy. Changing your choice also discards ads preloaded with the previous setting. Withdrawing consent applies to future processing and does not by itself delete previously processed data.
The game disables location tracking in the SDK and does not request Android permissions for precise or approximate location, contacts, microphone, camera or user files. Yandex's rules, purposes, recipients, storage, transfers and rights are described in the Yandex privacy policy. See also Yandex SDK data disclosures and its consent documentation. Data sent by the SDK is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
4. Purchases and accounts
This Google Play edition does not sell ad removal or any other digital goods, does not request bank card information and has no registration or chat. Store installation and account information are handled by Google under Google's own policies.
5. Support, retention and deletion requests
If you email info@softlampa.ru, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, resolve the issue and meet applicable obligations. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed for these purposes or a legal retention requirement.
To ask about access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, write to the same address with the subject “One Bullet — personal data”. Tell us which app and request your message concerns. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents. For data processed independently by Yandex, use the contacts in its privacy policy; we can help identify the relevant service. Clearing local game data does not automatically erase records already processed by an advertising provider.
